These are lovely decorative wooden bowls inlaid with mother of pearl, hand painted and laquered.
I was told they are water proof, but I wouldn't try to prove this.
However, the bowls are both decorative and useful - can be used as a catch all for winter hats and gloves. A good gift for those hard to buy for men!
